6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:31 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice-Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Mark Feldmesser,
11 David Middleton
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Alternate Staff Liaison Mary Anderson-Pickle, Arienne Panczak, Todd Engle,
15 Angela Brown.
16 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS

18 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the March 28, 2019 Meeting.
19 Board Member Middleton made a motion to approve the March 28, 2019 Minutes .
20 Board Member Schulte seconded.
21 Motion passed 5-0.
22 VI. REGULAR AGENDA.
23 a. One Cent Sales Surtax Update
24 City Engineer, Todd Engle and Deputy Community services Administrator,
25 Angela Brown.
26 City Engineer, Todd Engle and Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown
27 provided an update on the expenditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax and the status of City
28 construction projects. Discussion ensued.
29 OLD BUSINESS
30 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided a status on the 2019-2020 budget and informed
31 the Board of the following: the department requests are in, revenue projections are being
32 developed, Ad Valorem June estimates are due on Friday, May 24, 2019 and that the audit was
33 complete and sent to the Board. Board Member Feldmesser inquired about negative figures on
34 the Project Accounting, GL Balance reports and regarding the one-cent sales tax projects.
35 Discussion ensued.

38 X. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

40 XI. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
41 Chair Comiter inquired about the next meeting date. Discussion ensued.
42 Board Member Middleton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
43 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
44 Motion passed 5-0.
45 Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 9:01 a .m.

47 The next meeting will be held on June 27, 2019.
