6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
9 III. ROLL CALL
10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice-Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Mark Feldmesser,
11 David Middleton.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Mary Anderson-Pickle.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
16 None.
17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the May 23, 2019 meeting.
18 Vice-Chair Beran made a motion to approve the May 23, 2019 meeting minutes.
19 Board Member Feldmesser seconded.
20 Motion passed 5-0.
21 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
22 A. FY 2019/2020 Budget Update
23 Finance Administrator Allan Owens
24 Finance Administrator Allan Owens provided an overview presentation for the proposed budget
25 for the 2019/2020 fiscal year. Discussion ensued. Chair Comiter led the discussion on future
26 meeting dates. July 25, 2019 was agreed upon for the next meeting of the Budget Oversight
27 Review Board. Focus will be on the 2019/2020 budget only. Subsequently, August 22, 2019 was
28 set for the following meeting with a tentative follow-up date of August 29, 2019 and only if it is
29 needed as a backup.
30 VII. OLD BUSINESS
31 None.
32 VIII. NEW BUSINESS
33 Chair Comiter mentioned coming out on Saturday, June 29, 2019 for the 60 th Anniversary of
34 Palm Beach Gardens and opening of North District Park with fireworks at the end of the event.
35 IX. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC
36 None.
37 XII. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
38 XIII. ADJOURNMENT
39 Board Member Middleton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
40 Vice-Chair Beran seconded.
41 Motion passed 5-0.
42 Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 8:59 a.m.

44 The next meeting will be held July 25, 2019.
