The regular meeting was called to order at 8:36 a.m. by Chair Comiter. 7

IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS 15

V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the June 27, 2019 meeting. 17
Chair Comiter made a motion to approve the June 27, 2019 meeting minutes. 18
Board Member Feldmesser seconded. 19
Motion passed 5-0. 20
VI. REGULAR AGENDA 21
A. FY 2019/2020 Budget Update 22
Finance Administrator Allan Owens 23
Finance Administrator, Allan Owens provided an overview presentation for the proposed budget 24
for the 2019/2020 fiscal year. Subsequently, specific follow-up questions by each board member 25
were addressed. Discussion ensued. 26

Chair Comiter confirmed August 22, 2019 was set for the next meeting date with a tentative 30
follow-up second meeting date of August 29, 2019 and only if it is needed as a backup. 31
