CALL TO ORDER 6 The r egular meeting was call ed to order at 6:05 p.m. by Chair Hansen . 7 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 8 III. ROLL CALL 9 Members Present: 10 Chair Randolph H ansen, Vice Chair M ichael Panczak,· Carl Sabatello, L. Marc Cohn, Christopher 11 O fte da l, Erez Sela. Chelsea Reed was call ed to the dais to serve in the absence of Roma Josephs. 12 Members Absent: Ro ma Josephs. 13 Also Present: City Attorney, R. Max Lohman; D irector of Planning and Zoning, Natalie Crowley. 14 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS 15 None . 16 V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND ZONING: NATALIE CROWLEY 17 At the July 11, 2019 City Council meeting, two items were approved, the F lorida Power & Light 18 2 70,000 square-foot office building as well as the PGA Marina Gates. 19 At the August 1, 2019 City Council meeting, City Centre residential, the 136 unit multifamily 20 apartment building which includes workforce housing, received second and final approval. 21 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22 Vice Chair Panczak made a motion to approve the June 11, 2019 meeting minutes. 23 Board Member L. Marc Cohn seconded. 24 Motion passed 7-0. 25 VII . PUBLIC HEARINGS 26 1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) 27 LDRA-19-07-000072: Land Dev elopment Regulations Amendment related to 28 Residential Property Tree Trimming, Pruning or Removal 29 Amending Chapter 78 of the City's Code of Ordinances at Division 8. Landscaping to 30 define Residential Property in regard to tree trimming, tree pruning, or tree removal. 31 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing. 32 Petitioner: N one. 33 Staff Presentation: Martin Fitts, Senior Planner. 34 Public comment: None. 35 Chair Hansen closed the public hearing. 36 Vice Chair Panczak made a motion to approve . 37 Board Member Oftedal seconded. 38 M otion passed 7-0. 39 2. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) 40 LDRA-19-07-000073: Land Development Regulation s Amendment 41 Amending the City's Land D evelopment Regulations Impact Fee Schedule to 42 incorporate the City of Palm Beach Gardens Mobility Fee Schedule to be applied and 43 assessed in the Mobility Fee Assessment Area in lieu of Transportation (Road) Impact 44 Fees, in accordance with the City's Mobility Plan. 45 46 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing.
