This matter came before the Hearing Officer on July 27 2009.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parking Violation issued on May 7, 2009, is
hereby UPHELD. Defendant shall pay the $25.00 fine associated with such violation within
thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. A copy of said ticket is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida this

order (NO CASK payable to The City of Palm Beach
Gardens in the attached envelope. Failure to comply will
result in a $10.00 late fee and the inability to renew your
annual vehicle registration.
If you want to contest this parking violation notice, you must
request a hearing in writing with the Police Department Attn:
Traffic Supervisor within 30 days of the date of issuance of,'
