hearing will be held on Monday, August 24,2009, at 10:00 a.m. in Council Chambers at City
Hall, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, before a Hearing Officer, with the
Ticketing Officer in attendance. This proceeding will be recorded.
lf you cannot attend this hearing, you must submit to the Hearing Officer, in writing to the
above address, the reason(s) you cannot attend at least five (5) business days before the
hearing, The Hearing Officer will decide if the hearing can be rescheduled based on the
reason(s) submitted.
