testimony from Ms. Zuravin, there were exigent circumstances in that she had a blister which
prevented her from parking at a distance. Therefore, based on these circumstances, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parking Violation issued on June 21, 2009, is
hereby CANCELED.
