20 V ice Chair Fennon made a motion to approve the January 26, 2019 minutes.
21 Board Member Hedrick seconded.

26 Deputy Leis ure Services Adminis trator, Daniel Prieto gave a presentation for the upcoming
27 Recreation D epartment Spring and Summer Events. Discussion ensued.

29 A. City Parks Capital Improv ement Project Update
30 Director of Public Services, Cory Wilder provided an update on the City Parks Capital
31 Improvement Projects. Discussion ensued.

33 A. Cressey Sports Performance (P3)
34 Deputy Leis ure Services Administrator, Daniel Prieto gave a presentation for the Cressey
35 Sports Performance proposed training facility at Gardens Park. Discussion ensued.
36 B. The Gard ens North County District Park (TGNCDP) RFP
3 7 Deputy Leisure Services Administrator, Daniel Pri eto gave a presentation on the Request for
38 Prop osal for the proposed recreati on facility at The Gardens North County D istrict Park.

40 C. The Gardens North County District Park Grand Opening/City of PBG 60 th

42 Operations Manager, Tim Ford provided information to the Board Members for the Grand
43 Opening for The Gardens North District Park and the City's 60th Anniversary Celebration that will
44 take place on June 29th. Discussion ensued.
45 D. Garden s A rt: The Highwaymen Art E xhibit
46 Operations Manager, Monette Preston provided a presentation on The Highwaymen Art
4 7 Exhibi t that has been on display at City Hall. Discussion ensued.

3 X. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
4 Vice Chair Fennon inquired about the need for additional tennis courts. Discussion ensued.
5 Board Member Hedrick complimented staff on the Signature City Magazine that is being
6 mailed to all residents in the City. Discussion ensued.
7 XI. SET QUARTERLY MEETING DATE
8 The board unanimously selected August 19, 2019 as the next quarterly meeting date.
9 XII. ADJOURNMENT
10 Vice Chair Fennon made a motion to adjourn the meeting .
11 Board Member Hedrick seconded.
12 Motion passed 6-0.
13 Chair Bonvento adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m.

15 The next meeting will be held August 19, 2019. (The August 19, 2019 meeting was cancelled,
16 and the next regular meeting will be held on November 18, 2019).
