6 The budget workshop was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Mayor Joseph Russo.

9 Present: Mayor Joseph Russo, Vice Mayor David Levy, Councilmember Eric Jablin,
10 Councilmember Jody Barnett and Councilmember Robert Premuroso.
11 HL WORKSHOP
12 City Manager Ferris explained the budget process.
13 Finance Administrator Allan Owens presented the proposed budget.
14 Mayor Russo, Vice Mayor Levy, Councilmember Jablin, Councilmember Barnett,
15 and Councilmember Premuroso discussed the proposed budget.
16 City Manager Ferris explained the approaches used in preparing the 2009 -2010 budget
17 using the parameters set by the City Council. A date will be set for a public budget
18 workshop at the June 18, 2009 City Council meeting.
