SUBJECT: Frenchman's Crossing PUD — Requesting minor site plan and landscape plan revisions
and a request to eliminate condition #7 and # 8 from Resolution 15, 2009
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petitions to the Growth Management Department
no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 21, 2009. Your comments must be forwarded to our office (attn:
Richard Marrero (rmarrero(cr,,,pbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in
accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Your
comments must be provided by the deadline stated above. Should you have no comments, please
indicate so next to your name on the second page and forward this memo to our office. Additional

copies of the application are available in the Growth Management Department. Thank you for your
attention to this matter.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.,
in the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications:
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER PUDA- 09 -08- 000022 — Frenchman's Crossing
PUD
A request by Jennifer Tighe of Land Design South, agent for the applicant, for a Planned Unit
Development (PUD) amendment to allow for minor site plan and landscape plan revisions and to
eliminate condition # 7 and #8 of Resolution 15, 2009. The subject 10 -acre parcel is located at the
northwest corner of Hood Road and Alternate Al A.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the
review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible. Receiving your
comments prior to the meeting will provide staff with the ability to give proper direction to the
applicant.
