Your comments must be forwarded to our office (attn: Martin Schneider, mschneidergpbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Your comments must be provided by the deadline stated above. Should you have no comments, please indicate so next to your name on the second page and forward this memo to our office. MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications: PCDA- 09 -08- 000006 Frenchmen's Reserve PCD Amendment to allow a waiver to reduce a lake maintenance easement from 20' to 15'. A request by Ronald Blum of Frenchmen's Reserve Country Club, Inc., for an amendment to the Frenchmen's Reserve PCD to allow a waiver to reduce the existing lake maintenance easement from 20' to 15' for a lake in the golf course tract adjacent to the rear property lines of lots 20 — 23 of Pod G.. Frenchmen's Reserve is generally located east of Alternate AIA and south of the extension of Hood Road. The subject site is located in the southeast portion of the golf course adjacent to Pod G. The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible.
