6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Lee Bickford.

19 David Porter made a motion to approve the May 19, 2009 minutes.
20 Cable Neuhaus seconded.
21 Motion passed, 5 -0.
22 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
23 Council Liaison Jablin presented the pavilion and history walk being proposed for the Lake
24 Catherine Honor Park. The Board agreed to support the project.
25 VII. UPDATE BY STAFF LIAISON
26 Assistant Staff Liaison Black reported on the bus shelter call to artists.
