REGULAR MEETING
January 23, 2020
I. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 8:36 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
III. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Mark Feldmesser
(Arrived at 8:41 a.m.).
ABSENT: David Middleton.
ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; City Engineer, Todd
Engle, Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown, City Attorney, R. Max
Lohman.
IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
None.
V. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR:
Vice Chair Beran nominated Andrew Comiter for Chair.
Board Member Schulte seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Chair Comiter nominated Dennis Beran for Vice Chair.
Board Member Schulte seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the August 22, 2019 meeting.
Vice Chair Beran made a motion to approve the August 22, 2019 meeting minutes.
Board Member Schulte seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
VII. REGULAR AGENDA
A. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND ONE CENT SALES SURTAX
UPDATE
City Engineer, Todd Engle, Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown
and Finance Administrator, Allan Owens provided an update on the capital improvement
projects and expenditures for the One Cent Sales Surtax. Discussion ensued.
VIII. BOARD ORIENTATION
City Attorney R. Max Lohman conducted orientation for the board members.
IX. OLD BUSINESS
None.
X. NEW BUSINESS
Finance Administrator, Allan Owens, suggested setting the next meeting date. Discussion
ensued. Board agreed to set next meeting for March 26, 2020.

Vice Chair Beran seconded.
Motion passed 4-0.
Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 9:13 a.m.
The next meeting will be held on March 26, 2020. (The March 26, 2020 meeting was
cancelled and the next scheduled meeting will be held on May 28, 2020).
