6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting (held via Zoom conference) was called to order at 8:34 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
9 III. ROLL CALL
10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Mark Feldmesser,
11 David Middleton.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Finance Consultant, Mary
14 Anderson -Pickle, Community Services Administrator, David Reyes, Deputy Community Services
15 Administrator, Angela Brown, City Engineer, Todd Engle.
16 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
17 None.
18 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the January 23, 2020 meeting.
19 Board Member Middleton made a motion to approve the January 23, 2020 meeting minutes.
20 Board Member Schulte seconded.
21 Motion passed 5-0.
22 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
23 A. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX UPDATE
24 Community Services Administrator, David Reyes, Deputy Community Services Administrator,
25 Angela Brown and City Engineer, Todd Engle, presented an update on the construction projects
26 and expenses for the One Cent Sales Surtax. The renovations progress was detailed for City Hall and
27 the Police Department as well as Gardens North County District Park and the opening of the
28 Operations Center on October 1, 2019. Discussion ensued.
29 B. FY 2020/2021 BUDGET UPDATE
30 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens provided a briefing on the FY 2020/2021 budget and
31 remarked on the status of the Small Business Relief Fund and the Unemployment Resident Relief
32 Fund programs that were initiated due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Discussion ensued.
33 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens, set the next meeting date for June 25, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.
34 The Board agreed to set the next meeting date to June 25, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

2 Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
3 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
4 Motion passed 5-0.
5 Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 9:22 a.m.
