2 BUDGET OVERSIGHT REVIEW BOARD
3 REGULAR MEETING

6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting (held via Zoom conference) was called to order at 8:33 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 Agenda Coordinator, Renata Schwedhelm, provided Zoom instructions for participants.
9 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
10 III. ROLL CALL
11 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Feldmesser, David Middleton.
12 ABSENT: Mark Schulte.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens.
14 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
15 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens noted revised agenda packets were sent to Board
16 Members with the agenda correction date of the Approval of Minutes to May 28, 2020 and the
17 minutes presentation stating the FY 2021 budget.
18 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the May 28, 2020 meeting.
19 Board Member Middleton made a motion to approve the May 28, 2020 meeting minutes.
20 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
21 Motion passed 4-0.
22 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
23 A. FY 2020/2021 BUDGET UPDATE
24 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens provided a briefing on the COVID-19 pandemic impacts and
25 discussed the FY 2020/2021 budget. On July 13, 2020, the distribution of line -item budgets will be
26 sent to City Council and the Budget Oversight Review Board. The tentative millage rate will be
27 reviewed at the July 16, 2020 City Council meeting and the City Council meetings to adopt the FY
28 2020/2021 budget will occur on September 10, 2020 and September 24, 2020. Discussion ensued.
29 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens, set the next meeting date for July 23, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.
30 The Board agreed to set the next meeting date to July 23, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

XI. ADJOURNMENT
Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Vice Chair Beran seconded.
Motion passed 4-0.
Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 9:08 a.m.
The next meeting will be held on July 23, 2020.
