ORDER
This matter was to come before the Hearing Officer on July 28, 2020, but the
Defendant was unable to attend and consequently spoke to City Attorney Max Lohman _and
explained why he parked in a handicap parking space.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Parking Violation #13174 issued on January 14,
2020, is hereby UPHELD. Defendant shall pay the $250.00 fine associated with the violation
within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. A copy of said citation is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
DONE AND ORDERED in
