Adopt A Street Program
Beautification Award
Environmental Award
Public Information Office Recommendations:
1. Develop a webpage for the programs:
a. Adopt A Street Program
b. Environmental Award
c. Beautification Award - complete

9:00 PM at BRCRC - 5000 residents, w ebsite has info) and explaining the
program to the attendees.
a. Hand out flyers, and cr eate banner that reads: W ho do you think should
get a beautification award?
6. Continue articles in Signature City News letter, which goes out electronically to
approx. 5,800 individuals.
7. Post winner with award at their location as newsf eed on front page of City’s
website
8. Council Liaison to announce dead lines at Council Meetings
