Stan Liaison Keft explained the function and purpose of the Parks and Recreation Advisory 24 Board. 25 V. BACKGROUND OF PROPOSED PROJECT — HANDOUT OVERVIEW — STAFF 26 LIAISONS 27 Staff Liaison Irwin reviewed the handout for the proposed project. 28 David Porter explained how funding is allocated from the Art in Public Places Advisory Board. 29 Councilmember Eric Jablin explained the concept for the history project. 30 VI.
