DESCRIPTION: Gardens Learning Center requesting a Small -Scale
Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the land use designation on 1.48
acres from Residential Low (RL) to Professional Office (PO); requesting a PUD
rezoning and Site Plan approval to change the zoning from Residential Medium
(RM) to Professional Office (PO), with a PUD Overlay to accommodate an
expansion of the existing 5,000 square foot daycare to a total of 8,750 square feet;
and a Major Conditional Use request to allow a 3,750 square foot expansion of the
existing daycare use.
