Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than Tuesday, January
28, 2020. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that
written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established
in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a
memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning
Department.
MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held in the City Hall
Lobby Conference Room to review the following development application at 3:00 PM on
Thursday, February 13, 2020.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PETITION NUMBER: SPLA-19-12-000056
A petition by Avenir Development, LLC requesting a site plan amendment for Pod
2 of Site Plan #1 for approval of architectural floor plans and elevations, typical lot
landscaping, enhanced entry feature, and a model center. The Avenir PCD is
generally located on the north side of Northlake Boulevard, east of Grapeview
Boulevard, west of Bayhill Drive, and south of Beeline Highway.
