Please provide your comments on the subject petitions no later than Friday, February 7,
2020. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written
comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the
City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo.
Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Planning & Zoning
Department.
MEETING DATE: Tuesday, February 18, 202o at 2:00 PM
PETITION: PUDA-20-01-000076
DESCRIPTION: Nuvo Riverside, LLC is requesting a PUD Amendment to develop the
approved project in two phases. The improvements associated with Phase 1 are well underway,
including the completion of Building 1 as well as all site and landscape improvements approved
for the project, except for those specifically indicated to be delayed until the second phase. Phase
1 will also include temporary improvements that will be removed or modified during the
construction of Phase 2. Phase 2 will include the construction of Building 2 along with the
adjacent site and landscape improvements that are not completed in the first phase.
