6 The regular meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Cable Neuhaus.

10 PRESENT: Chair Cable Neuhaus, Diane Cappella (arrived 5:36 p.m.), Mark Giuliani, David
11 Porter, Susan Tornabene, Dianne Sacchetti, Meriel Bryan (1 st Alternate sitting for Jennifer
12 O'Brien).
13 ABSENT: Jennifer O'Brien.
14 ALSO PRESENT: Alternate Staff Liaison Allyson Black.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS
16 Administer Oath of Office to New Board Members
17 City Clerk Patricia Snider swore in new board members Mark Giuliani, 1 st Alternate Meriel
18 Bryan, and 2nd Alternate Paul Kaufman.
19 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
20 None.
21 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
22 None.
23 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
24 Resource Manager, Alternate Staff Liaison Allyson Black reported on the 50th anniversary
25 celebration; Public Workshops being held in November and December; approval of Frenchman's
26 Crossing art; Legends of the Gardens art and Bus Shelter semi - finalist agreements. The Art in
27 Public Places Advisory Board and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board joint meeting will be
28 held December 7, 2009 and the next regular meeting of the Art in Public Places Advisory Board
29 will be held in February.
30 VIII. OLD BUSINESS
31 Lake Catherine RFP
32 Discussion ensued.
33 David Porter made a motion for approval of the RFP with the modifications as discussed.
34 Dianne Sacchetti seconded.
35 Motion passed 7 -0.
