6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Chair Tory Buckley.

to PRESENT: Chair Tory Buckley, Vice Chair Tim Frohling, Jim Amsler (arrived 6:59 p.m.), Howard

16 The agenda was reordered for the following addition:
17 A. Administer Oath of Office to New Board Members
18 City Clerk Patricia Snider swore in new board member Howard Nass.
19 V. ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON
20 Timothy Frohlin nominated Tory Buckley for Chair.
21 Ernest Volonte seconded.
22 Motion passed 6 -0.
23 ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRPERSON
24 Amie Schneider nominated Tim Frohliniz for Vice Chair.
25 William Sonnenreich seconded.
26 Tim FrohlinQ nominated Amie Schneider for Vice Chair.
27 Ernest Volonte seconded.
28 Motion for Tim Froh passed 4 -0.
29 Motion for Amie Schneider failed 2 -0.

31 Tim Frohling made a motion for approval of the October 19, 2009 minutes.
