6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Feldmesser David
11 Middleton.
12 ABSENT: Mark Schulte.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Sean O'Brien; Finance Manager, Arienne Panczak.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
16 None.
17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 22, 2021 meeting.
18 Board Member Middleton made a motion to approve the July 22, 2021 meeting minutes.
19 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
20 Motion passed 4-0.
21 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
22 A. Discuss Budget Oversight Review Board Report to Council
23 Board Members asked questions regarding items outlined in the draft report that will be presented
24 to City Council for the September 8, 2021 City Council meeting. Discussion ensued.
25 VII.OLD BUSINESS

27 VIII. NEW BUSINESS

29 IX. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC

31 X. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
32 Discussion ensued on the one cent sales surtax funds and City projects. The Board agreed to forego
33 the September Budget Oversight Review Board meeting and reconvene in October.

2 Board Member Middleton made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
3 Board Member Feldmesser seconded.
4 Motion passed 4-0.
5 Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 9:20 a.m.
