The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Tory+ Buckley.
I. CALL TO ORDER

PRESENT: Chair Tory Buckley, Vice Chair Tim Frohling, Jim Amsler, Howard Nass, Annie
Schneider, William Sonnenreich, Ernest Volonte.
ABSENT; None.
ALSO PRESENT: Councilmember, Council Liaison Jody Barnett; Staff Liaison Mike Kelly;
Alternate Staff Liaison Christy Wolnewitz; Golf Operations Director Tim Kasher.

V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Ernest Volonte made a motion for approval of the November 16, 2009 minutes.
Tim Frohline seconded.
Motion passed 7 -0.
VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON
Councihnemher, Council Liaison Barnett reported attending the opening day for girls' softball and
boys' baseball.
VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
Staff Liaison KeHj reported on the opening day for girls' softball and boys' baseball and the Green
Monster.
