6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:33 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, Mark Feldmesser.
11 ABSENT: David Middleton.
12 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; City Attorney, R. Max
13 Lohman; City Clerk, Patricia Snider; Deputy Finance Administrator, Sean O'Brien; Finance
14 Manager, Arienne Panczak; City Engineer, Todd Engle; Community Services Administrator, David
15 Reyes; Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown.
16 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
17 None.
18 V. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR:
19 Board Member Feldmesser nominated Andrew Comiter for Chair and Dennis Beran for Vice Chair.
20 Board Member Schulte seconded.
21 Motion passed 4-0.
22 VI. BOARD ORIENTATION
23 City Attorney, R. Max Lohman conducted the annual board orientation.
24 VII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the August 26, 2021 meeting.
25 Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to approve the August 26, 2021 meeting minutes.
26 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
27 Motion passed 4-0.
28 VIII. REGULAR AGENDA
29 A. ONE CENT SALES SURTAX UPDATE
30 Deputy Community Services Administrator, Angela Brown provided a presentation detailing the
31 Aquatics Center improvements project.
32 IX. OLD BUSINESS
33 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens commented on the expenditure revenue reports through
34 November 30, 2021. Revenues are trending up from what was budgeted.
35 X. NEW BUSINESS
36 None.
37 XI. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC
38 None.
39 XII. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
40 Chair Comiter suggested to schedule the next meeting on an as -needed basis.
41 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens said that he would look at last year's schedule and mirror the
42 meeting timeline.
43 Board Member Feldmesser inquired about the sales tax collections report.
44 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens said he would send out a recent history of the collections
45 showing the budget and the actual collections. Discussion ensued.

2 Vice Chair Beran made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
3 Board Member Schulte seconded.
4 Motion passed 4-0.
5 Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 9:04 a.m.
