CALL TO ORDER 7 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Hansen. 8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 9 III. ROLL CALL 10 Members Present: 11 Chair Randolph Hansen, Vice Chair Christopher Oftedal, Erez Sela, Timothy Coppage, Robert 12 Savel, First Alternate Zachary Seth Mansfield and Second Alternate Charles Millar (serving in the 13 absence of L. Marc Cohn). 14 Members Absent: L. Marc Cohn. 15 Also Present: Assistant City Attorney, Walt Porr; Assistant Planning & Zoning Director, Peter 16 Hofheinz; Senior Planner, Dawn Sonnebom; Principal Planner, Martin Fitts and Planner, John Stout. 17 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS 18 None. 19 V. REPORT BY DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND ZONING: NATALIE CROWLEY 20 Assistant Planning & Zoning Director, Peter Hofheinz reported that on May 5, 2022, the City 21 Council approved Resolution 23, 2022, for the 562-lot project by GL Homes in Avenir. 22 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23 Board Member Savel made a motion to approve the April 12, 2022, meeting minutes. 24 Board Member Coppage seconded. 25 Motion passed 7-0. 26 VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS 27 1. Recommendation to City Council (Public Hearing) 28 LDRA-20-08-000080- An amendment to various sections of the City's Land Development 29 Regulations, Chapter 78 providing internal consistency, improved organization of existing 30 provisions, and other housekeeping items 31 A City -initiated amendment to various sections of the City's Land Development Regulations, 32 Chapter 78, providing consistency, improved organization of existing provisions, and other various 33 amendments that are "housekeeping" in nature, including, but not limited to, addressing 34 committee, development order applications, application procedures, conditional uses, public 35 notice, Public/Institutional District, home -based businesses, outdoor seating, mobile food trucks, 36 art in public places, signs, foundation landscaping, ponds and water management maintenance, 37 parking, drive -through queuing and stacking, dumpsters, electrical vehicle charging stations, and 38 definitions. 39 Chair Hansen opened the public hearing. 40 Petitioner presentation: Not applicable. 41 Staff presentation: Senior Planner, Dawn Sonneborn. 42 Staff recommended approval of LDRA-20-08-000080- An amendment to various sections of the 43 City's Land Development Regulations, Chapter 78 providing internal consistency, improved 44 organization of existing provisions, and other housekeeping items. 45 Public comment: None. 46 Chair Hansen closed the public hearing. ADJOURNMENT Chair Hansen adjourned the meeting at 6:17 p.m. Assistant Planning & Zoning Director, Peter Hofheinz expressed appreciation to staff and Senior Planner, Dawn Sonneborn for her tireless efforts in compiling the glitch list together.
