7 The joint meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by City Clerk Patricia Snider.

14 Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (RAB) Chair Tory Buckley, Vice Chair Timothy Frohling,
15 Jim Amsler, William Sonnenreich.
16 ABSENT: Diane Cappella (AIPP), Mark Giuliani (AIPP), Dianne Sacchetti (AIPP), Howard
17 Nass (RAB), Arnie Schneider (RAB), Ernest Volonte (RAB).
18 ALSO PRESENT: Growth Management Administrator, Staff Liaison Kara Irwin; Parks
19 Division Director, Staff Liaison Mike Kelly.
20 IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
21 Timothy Frohling made a motion to approve the December 7, 2009 meeting minutes.
22 William Sonnenreich seconded.
23 Motion passed 9 -0.
24 V. PUBLIC WORKSHOP — LAKE CATHERINE HISTORICAL ART PROJECT
25 Cable Neuhaus and Tory Buckley introduced the project, explained the history, current status
26 and goals. Cable Neuhaus explained the funding for Art in Public Places.
