7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:41 a.m. by Chair L. Marc Cohn.

19 Brandon Dorsey made a motion for approval of the March 19, 2010 minutes.

33 Chair Cohn made a motion to reschedule the May 27, 2010 meeting to June 7, 2010 at 8:30 a.m.
34 Vice Chair Menard seconded.
