Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Growth Management Department. MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at 2:00 A.m. in the Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request: Petition PPUD- 09 -12- 000023 — AT &T Retail A request by Marty Minor, on behalf of 3005 Northlake, LLC, owners of the site, requesting to rezone the subject property to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay District, modify the existing landscaping, and add signage. The subject site is located on Northlake Blvd. approximately 500 feet east of Congress Avenue, and is 0.93 acres in size. With regard to landscaping, the Applicant is requesting to install and /or replace landscaping throughout the site, and add a butterfly garden in the northwest corner of the parcel. Additionally, a monument sign, two (2) new wall signs, and a second directional sign are being requested. The Applicant is also asking for five (5) waivers.
