MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
in the City Council Chambers to review the following development application:
Petition #CUMN- 09 -07- 000012 - Contractor's Storage Yard: A request from Reid Turner of
Turner Roofing Co., for approval of a minor conditional use to permit a contractor's storage yard at
10311 Ironwood Road, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Please note that this will be the Development
Review Committee meeting to approve or deny the above petition, with or without conditions.
