MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, February 12, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.,
in the City Council Chambers to review the following development application:
Petition #CUMN- 10 -01- 000014: A request from Michael Sanchez of the Johnston Group, for
approval of a minor conditional use to permit an Instructional Studio atl0358 Riverside Drive, #130,
Riverside Commerce Park in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Please note that this will be the Development
Review Committee meeting to approve or deny the above petition, with or without conditions.
