SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition SPLA- 10 -02- 000017 on
Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 19,
2010. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Growth Management Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in the
Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition SPLA- 10 -02- 000017 — Latitudes in the Gardens /Cimarron Cove (a.k.a. Parcel 31.04):
A request by Michael J. Sanchez, on behalf of Cimarron Cove LLC, requesting approval of a Planned
Community Development (PCD) amendment to modify a condition of approval in the development order
for the Latitudes in the Gardens project, in order to provide for consistency between the development
order and the traffic concurrency approval as it relates to the posting of surety for the construction of the
traffic signal at the intersection of Military Trail and Victoria Falls Boulevard. The approximately 9 -acre
project is located within the Cimarron Cove PCD, generally bounded by Interstate 95 and Central
Boulevard to the west, Victoria Falls Boulevard to the north, Elm Avenue to the east, and Parcel C of the
PCD to the south.
