Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Growth Management Department. MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2010, at 2:00 P.m. in the Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request: Petition MISC- 10 -04- 000067 — PGA Marina: A request by Anne Booth, on behalf of PGA Marina, owners of the site, requesting approval of a Miscellaneous petition with two (2) waivers. PGA Marina is located on the northwest corner of PGA Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway. The proposed Miscellaneous petition would allow a decrease in the number of required paring spaces, a reduction in the parking stall widths, conversion of parking spaces to boat storage, and the addition of landscaped open space.
