Your comments must be forwarded to our office (attn: Martin Schneider, mschneider(crbgfl.com) in order to provide written comments to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Regulations. Your comments must be provided by the deadline stated above. Should you have no comments, please indicate so next to your name on the second page and forward this memo to our office. Additional copies of the full application package are available in the Growth Management Department. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following development applications: MISC- 09 -10- 000064 — PGA National Request to Construct a Temporary Modular Structure Adjacent to the Driving Range A request from Anne Booth, Principal, Urban Design Kilday Studios, on behalf of PGA National Resort and Spa, to approve construction of a temporary modular structure at the east end of the existing driving range at the PGA National Resort Core Golf Course, within the PGA National Resort Community Development of Regional Impact/Planned Community Development (DRI/PCD). The PGA National Resort Community is bounded by PGA Boulevard to the north, Northlake Boulevard to the south, the Florida Turnpike to the east, and the Loxahatchee Slough conservation area to the west. The proposed modular structure will be used for golf instruction utilizing video playback. Therefore, the structure is needed in close proximity to the driving range tee. The applicant is requesting that the modular structure be allowed to remain in place for four years, with an optional extension of an additional four years. Ultimately, if the program is successful, the applicant would seek construction of a permanent structure. The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Our office requests your participation in the review of this project. Please review this request and attend the meeting if possible.
