6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
9 III. ROLL CALL
10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, David Middleton, and Mark
11 Feldmesser.
12 ABSENT: Mark Schulte.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Deputy Finance
14 Administrator, Sean O'Brien and Finance Manager, Arienne Panczak.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
16 None.
17 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the May 26, 2022, meeting.
18 Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to approve the May 26, 2022, meeting minutes.
19 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
20 Motion passed 4-0.
21 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
22 A. OpenGov Platform
23 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens introduced Finance Manager, Arienne Panczak who
24 presented the training on the OpenGov budget software. The budget link for Fiscal Year 2022-2023
25 will be sent to the Board on July 15. Discussion ensued.

30 IX. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC
31 None.
32 X. COMMENTS BY THE BOARD
33 Chair Comiter inquired if the Board's focus of the one cent sales surtax would shift in the future
34 as the one cent sales surtax starts to phase down and projects are done.
35 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens stated he would need to discuss with the City Manager and
36 City Attorney to address modifications going forward. Reviewing of the budget itself would not
37 change with the submission of the report to the Council. Discussion ensued.

Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Vice Chair Beran seconded.
Motion passed 4-0.
Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 9:07 a.m.
The next meeting will be held on July 28, 2022.
