6 I. CALL TO ORDER
7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chair Comiter.
8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
9 III. ROLL CALL
10 PRESENT: Chair Andrew Comiter, Vice Chair Dennis Beran, Mark Schulte, David Middleton,
11 and Mark Feldmesser.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens; Community Services
14 Administrator, David Reyes; Deputy Finance Administrator, Sean O'Brien and Finance Manager,
15 Arienne Panczak.
16 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS
17 None.
18 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the July 7, 2022, meeting.
19 Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to approve the July 7, 2022, meeting minutes.
20 Vice Chair Beran seconded.
21 Motion passed 5-0.
22 VI. REGULAR AGENDA
23 A. One Cent Sales Surtax Update
24 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens introduced Community Services Administrator, David
25 Reyes who presented the one cent sales surtax update focusing on the current aquatic center
26 improvements. Discussion ensued.
27 B. FY 2022/2023 Budizet Update
28 Finance Administrator, Allan Owens presented the FY 2022/2023 proposed operating and capital
29 budget update. The City Council Public Hearings for the budget are scheduled for September 8 and
30 September 22, 2022. Discussion ensued. Deputy Finance Administrator, Sean O'Brien presented
31 the projection model forecast for 2023. Discussion ensued.
32 Board Member Feldmesser excused himself from the remainder of the meeting at 9:56 a.m.
33 Chair Comiter stated a draft report will be sent to staff a week prior to the next scheduled meeting
34 date of August 25, 2022.

Vice Chair Beran made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Board Member Middleton seconded.
Motion passed 4-0.
Chair Comiter adjourned the meeting at 10:10 a.m.
The next meeting will be held on August 25, 2022.
