ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 33, 2010, PARCEL 31.04 PCD BEING GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CENTRAL BOULEVARD AND
VICTORIA FALLS BOULEVARD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Mayor Lew opened the public hearing.
No ex parte communication was declared.
Mayor Levy closed the public hearing.
Councilmember Jablin made a motion for approval of Resolution 34, 2010.
Vice Mayor Premuroso seconded.
Motion passed 5 -0.
