7 The joint meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by City Clerk Patricia Snider.

13 (First Alternate sitting for Chair Cable Neuhaus), Paul Kaufman (Second Alternate sitting for
14 Jennifer O'Brien).
15 Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (RAB) Chair Tory Buckley, Vice Chair Timothy Frohling,
16 Jim Amsler, Howard Nass, Arnie Schneider, William Sonnenreich, Ernest Volonte.

21 IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
22 David Porter made a motion to approve the September 30, 2009 meeting minutes.
23 Ernest Volonte seconded.
24 Motion passed 11 -0.
25 V. LAKE CATHERINE PARK PROPOSED STRUCTURE/HISTORICAL WALK
26 The "Call to Artists" Request for Proposal (RFP) content, number of members for the Selection
27 Committee, selection process and timeline were discussed.
28 David Porter made a motion for approval to add the historical events list to the RFP.
29 Diane Cappella seconded.
30 Motion passed 13 -0.
