SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition CUMJ- 10 -07- 000017 on
Thursday, July 22, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21,
2010. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Growth Management Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in the Palm
Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition CUMJ- 10 -07- 000017 — Calvary Chapel Church:
A request by Nathan Murrell, on behalf of the Calvary Chapel Church, requesting approval of a church
use to be located at Palm Beach Gardens High School. The high school is located at the northeast corner
of the intersection of Military Trail and Holly Drive.
