SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition CUMJ- 10 -07- 000016 on
Friday, August 13, 2010, at 11:00 a.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 12,
2010. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so via e -mail. Additional copies of the complete application
package are available in the Growth Management Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. in the
Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition CUMJ- 10 -07- 000016 — New Life Community Church at Loehmann's Plaza major conditional
use:
A request by Scrivner Damon, on behalf of New Life Community Church, requesting approval of a major
conditional use for a church in a General Commercial (CGI) zoning district. The church will be located in
an existing tenant space of approximately 4,800 square foot project located within the Loehmann's Plaza
shopping center, generally bounded by PGA Blvd. to the north, Interstate 95 to the west, RCA Blvd. to
the east, and the Marriott Hotel to the south. The church will hold services on Wednesday and Friday
nights, and Sunday mornings. Other functions will be held at other times. The church will seat a
maximum of 100 people. No exterior changes to the tenant space are requested.
