Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are available in the Growth Management Department. MEETING DATE: A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Monday, October 4, 2010, at 2:00 u.m. in the Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request: Petition MNSP- 10 -09- 000008— Dirty Martini at Downtown at the Gardens: A request by Cotleur- Hearing, on behalf of Downtown at the Gardens, owners of the site, requesting approval of a Minor Site Plan petition to allow minor facade modifications and an outdoor bar area. The subject petition is being processed concurrently with a Major Conditional Use petition. Downtown at the Gardens is located within the Regional Center DRI, and is bounded by Kyoto Gardens Drive, Alternate AIA, and Gardens Parkway. Thank you for your ongoing cooperation and assistance.
