MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, October 7,
2010, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Council Chambers to review the following
development application:
Petition #CUMN- 10 -09- 000017: A request from Cynthia Spall for approval of a
minor conditional use to allow an Instructional Studio at 10190 Riverside Drive,
Units # 102 and 103, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The applicant will be in attendance at this meeting. Please note that this will be the
Development Review Committee meeting to approve or deny the above petition, with
or without conditions.
