6 The regular meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Tory Buckley.

10 PRESENT: Chair Tory Buckley, Vice Chair Tim Frohling, Jim Amsler, Amie Schneider, William
11 Sonnenreich, Ernest Volonte, Scott Smith (Second Alternate sitting for Howard Nass).
12 ABSENT: Howard Nass.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Parks Director, Staff Liaison Mike Kelly; Recreation Coordinator, Alternate Staff
14 Liaison Christy Wolnewitz; Golf Operations Director Tim Kasher.

20 Staff Liaison Kelly announced the Review of Economic Impact of Athletic Special Events was
21 postponed to the October 18, 2010 meeting.
22 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
23 Tim Frohling made a motion for approval of the April 19, 2010 minutes.
24 Amie Schneider seconded.
25 Motion passed 7 -0.
26 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON
27 Staff Liaison Kelly reported on the Amanda J. Buckley Field of Dreams.

31 Staff Liaison Kelly reviewed the 2012 -2015 Capital Improvement Plan.

44 Jim Amsler inquired about the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association (PBGYAA); Tim
45 Frohlins thanked Tory Buckley and Ernest Volonte for their service; Tory Buckley thanked
46 everyone and noted the excellent job the City does in maintaining the parks and athletic field and
47 Ernest Volonte thanked everyone.
