SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition PUDA- 10 -11- 000026
(previously MISC- 10 -10- 000077), regarding the Borland Center request for an
electronic marquee sign, on Friday, November 5, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide any comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on
Thursday, November 4, 2010. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that
date and time so that written comments can be given to the applicant in accordance with the
timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code. Should you have no
comments, please indicate so via e -mail. Additional copies of the complete application
package are available in the Planning and Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010, at
2:00 p.m. in the Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition SPLA- 10 -10- 000021 (previously M ISC-1 0-10-000077): Request by the Borland
Center request for an electronic marquee sign
A request by the Palm Beach Community Church at Borland Center requesting
approval of a major site plan amendment petition to add two (2) waivers to the Borland
Center PUD to:
1) allow a changeable copy electronic marquee monument sign;
2) allow the marquee sign to be the sixth monument sign where five (5) are
allowed by code based on the total lineal footage of right -of -way frontage of the
site.
