SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition CUMJ- 10 -10- 000019 on
Monday, December 6, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22,
2010. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Growth Management Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Monday, December 6, 2010, at 2:00 A.m. in the
Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition CUMJ- 10 -10- 000019 — Donald Ross Road Church
A request by the Donald Ross Road Church to allow a church use to be located at W. T. Dwyer High
School. The high school is located near the southwest corner of the intersection of Military Trail and
Donald Ross Road south of Donald Ross Village.
