hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at
City Hall, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, before a Hearing Officer, with the
Ticketing Officer in attendance. This proceeding will be recorded.
If you cannot attend this hearing, you must submit to the Hearing Officer, in writing to the
above address, the reason(s) you cannot attend at least five (5) business days before the
hearing. The Hearing Officer will decide if the hearing can be rescheduled based on the
reason(s) submitted.

Sirs: I am contesting this parking ticked dated 1015110. I am requesting a hear -
ing due to the fact that I just moved into this community and this paring ticket
was issued for me paring in a spot that despite what the ticket says not clearly
marked. The sign was barely lit at night and the paint showing the handicap
sign was very faded.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to tell me when I can get a hear-
ing.
