SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition SPLA- 10 -07- 000019 on
Monday, December 21, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 7,
2010. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City's Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
MEETING DATE:
A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at 2:00 u.m. in the
Palm Beach Gardens City Council Chambers to review the following request:
Petition SPLA- 10 -07- 000019 — Downtown at the Gardens
A request on behalf of the owners of Downtown at the Gardens, for approval of a site plan amendment
application to revise the Master Lake Area Plan, as required by Condition I I of Resolution 58, 3009. The
Downtown at the Gardens project was approved in 2003 with conditions of approval to provide a lake
park plan. The subject site is located at the northeast corner of Kyoto Gardens Drive and Alternate AIA.
"The amendment as presently submitted, only includes landscape and handscape modifications at this
time. No structures are proposed with this petition.
