Since you are contesting the above - referenced parking violation, you are hereby notified that a
hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at
City Hall, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, before a Hearing Officer, with the
Ticketing Officer in attendance. This proceeding will be recorded.
If you cannot attend this hearing, you must submit to the Hearing Officer, in writing to the
above address, the reason(s) you cannot attend at least five (5) business days before the
hearing. The Hearing Officer will decide if the hearing can be rescheduled based on the
reason(s) submitted.

I have owned a business at 9091/9089 N. Military Tr. For the last 8 years. On December
3, 2010 I received the above captioned parking ticket, while loading my car with
Christmas donations to take to our church.
There are 20 or more businesses, including myself that have pick up and deliveries that
are transacted on a daily basis in that same location, because there is no other way of
performing this action.
By virtue of this letter I am contesting the above captioned parking violation, on the
grounds that the city of Palm Beach Gardens was negligent in allowing this condition to
exist since this Center was constructed and then without notice giving me, (one of the
current business owners) a parking ticket for trying to conduct my business requirements
there.
