7 The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. by Finance Administrator Allan Owens.

10 PRESENT: Finance Administrator, Chair Allan Owens; Deputy Finance Administrator,
11 City Manager Designee Mary Anderson- Pickle.
12 ABSENT: None.
13 ALSO PRESENT: Florida League of Cities Florida Municipal Pension Trust Fund
14 (FMPTF) Retirement Services Manager Paul Shamoun; Dindial Laljie.
15 IV. ADDITIONS, DELETIONS, MODIFICATIONS

17 V. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE
18 Mary Anderson- Pickle nominated plan member Dindial Laliie as trustee.
19 Allan Owens seconded.
20 Motion passed 2 -0.
21 VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
22 Mary Anderson- Pickle made a motion for approval of the August 10, 2009 and
23 January 28, 2010 minutes.
24 Dindial Laliie seconded.
25 Motion passed 3 -0.
26 VII. OLD BUSINESS
27 None.
28 VIII. NEW BUSINESS
29 a. Update by Florida Municipal Pension Trust Fund.
30 Paul Shamoun presented the fund update.
31 b. Discussion of Florida Municipal Pension Trust Fund model plan document.
32 Discussion ensued. A special meeting will be held in October, date to be determined.
33 c. Discussion of legal services.
34 Mary Anderson- Pickle made a motion to terminate the services of Attorney Scott
35 Christiansen and hire attorney Jim Linn of the law firm Lewis, Longman & Walker on
36 an "as needed" basis.
37 Dindial Laliie seconded.
38 Motion passed 3 -0.
